"Attention and Concentration" Training

It's easy to tell someone to pay attention. It's another thing to show someone how. Jack Overfield does.

U.S. transportation officials reported that in 2008, nearly 6,000 fatalities and 515,000 injuries in roadway crashes involved distracted drivers. The greatest proportion of distracted drivers were age 20 and under.

The "Attention and Concentration" seminar is unique, interesting, fun and most of all, real and useful. It's the most significant and action packed training of its kind. The course has two objectives: 1) increase awareness of mental skills affecting performance and 2) increase awareness of how to improve these skills. Interactive exercises and demonstrations provide productive learning for large and small groups.
