About Us

Jack Overfield wants to show you what he's learned about "attention and concentration". In 2006, Jack retired from the FAA with 35 years' service in air traffic control. During his career he was a controller, a trainer, an airspace and procedures specialist, an international air traffic procedures specialist, an operations supervisor, a traffic management supervisor, a quality evaluations supervisor, an operations manager and a lead instructor in a "cognitive skill enhancement" training program. He led over 100 seminars in that training program, helped train a cadre of instructors and participated in the development of a Phase II program.

"I am confident you will find the training course unique, interesting, fun and most of all, useful and real. I am also confident that it will make a lifelong difference for participants and their performance on the job and off the job, as it has for me."

Company history
Jack Overfield knew that the training FAA air traffic controllers were receiving could apply to other professions. With that knowledge he developed an "Attention and Concentration" seminar for high performance professionals who use many of the same mental skills as air traffic controllers. In June 2007, he began introducing it to school district, pupil transportation departments. In August 2007, he presented seminars to over 1,800 pupil transportation and support professionals. That was the beginning. He continues to reach and teach others with what he has learned.
